SpaDental encourage active participation by all Dental
Principals in the SpaDental Community.
Support is offered on both a structured and informal basis.
In addition to the day to day accounting and payroll
services included, regular structured meetings are held
reviewing the performance of the practice, and planning your
budget and goals for the next year, along with telephone support
for the 'ad hoc' query and advice on a range of issues from
invoice queries to employment issues.
Dental Principals and Practice Managers have also benefitted
from the pooling of knowledge and resources. Practice
Managers are encouraged to visit us here in Monmouth, and
thereby get the opportunity to understand more about the
business and the support they can receive.
Annual conferences for the Dental Principals have been
successful in combining opportunities for meetings, discussions
and talks on specific aspects of dentistry and running a
thriving practice. They have also given Dental Principals
to informally provide support and advice to each other, learn
from each others mistakes and also success.
