It is SpaDental’s Policy that each patient will see the same dentist on a continuing basis. However, if this is not possible for any reason then suitable alternative arrangements will be made for you to see one of our other dentists within the practice.

	Your appointments are reserved for you and we do not double book. We will endeavour to see our patients at the allocated appointment time.
	In the event that you may have to cancel your appointment we require atleast 24 hours notice. This will then enable us to perhaps see someone who is in pain. We do appreciate that sometimes events beyond your control can happen but if you are unable to attend for whatever reason we do ask that as much notice is given otherwise a failed or late cancellation charge will be applicable.
	It is our policy that any treatment which incurs laboratory fees, these costs are paid before the the laboratory work is undertaken. We will also require you to make a deposit of 50% of any treatment costs where the treatment is scheduled for longer than 45 minutes.

Disabled Access

We are easily accessible for any of our patients who are in wheelchairs.

Confidentiality

Strict confidentiality of patient records and information is maintained at all times. Patient records will not be passed onto any third parties without the patients’ express permission.
