So i rocked up to the dentist with mum and dad in tow i was happy and excited until i got in the door and there was another boy in there screaming because he did not want to go in, then my nerves kicked in and i started pacing around the waiting area, nerves kicking in even hiding under the chairs from everyone so they wouldnt find me, wondering if i was still the big brave boy my dad said i was,then it happend a man came out and called my name, if i stay still they wont find me, then out of no where BOOM, dad picked me up by one arm and one leg and carried me in agaisnt my will and plonked me on the chair. Scared and nervous i sat up on the big comfy chair and put on a nervouse smile. I can do this i said to myself….. the lady dentist got out a little mirror on a stick told me to open wide so she could check me teefs. After proding around in my mouth for what seemed like forever (2 mins) she was done, phew. I thought to myself i am still the big brave boy my dad said i was, and then the lady asked me to open my mouth again, oh dear god noooo, she put that paste in my mouth to make my teeth stronger, yuk, then the lady dentist said i can eat or drink for half hour, the audacity….. is she trying to starve me. Then right after the she finished chatting with mum and dad i heard the most glorious words, your all done, i couldnt belive i made it through the 5 minute appointment and lived to tell the tale, on the way out dad confirmed to me i was still a big brave boy , but i never doubted myself one bit, i even got a sticker of the nice lady at reception she even opened a new packet for me and i got a batman one, i was all smiles and happy then i heard dad booking me in for my next visit in 6 months time, the dread and fear kicked in, i have to do this all again in 6 months time, NO WAY…… TBC IN 6 MONTHS

Massive old filling replaced by Tim. Painless. Tooth saved !

First time my son did a filling and was so well treated. Thank you for all the patience with him and make him fell relaxed and comfortable.

I needed emergency treatment as I was going on holiday the next day. The staff were very accommodating and Tim successfully sorted the problem

I find Tim is always friendly and puts you at ease I have been happy with all the treatment I have had at the practice and in the past when I have had extractions I have really appreciated the follow up call to check everything is ok not that it was needed as everything was fine but it’s nice to know you care.

I am a regular and have been attending for years. The whole team are great, I would highly recommend.

What a fantastic practice, everyone from reception staff to dentists are so kind and thoughtful and friendly. I always recommend the practice to my friends, particularly for children. The way they approach dentistry for children is really wonderful. Meghana is so kind and friendly she always puts my children at ease

I booked my 12 month old son in to be registered under the nhs dentist online and got a response and a first appointment so quickly there was nothing wrong it was just a general checkup when we got there it was prompt and efficient we couldn’t have been there more than 20 minutes we came away with lots of helpful information for his new teeth and where given his next appointment in 4 months time during which we where supported by the lovely receptionist to make sure it fit around our availability 5* from start to finish I’ve also got my 4 year old registered here and I’ve only had great experiences!

Excellent service throughout

As a very nervous patient I was terrified when I was told I needed a crown, but the whole process was handled sensitively and I coped throughout. Every member of staff was friendly and confidence inspiring.

The team are so respectful and gentle

The receptionist is always very busy but is lovely. The hygienist answered all the questions I had and was very polite. Her assistant does an excellent job too.
