Dentures

Restoring your mouth’s appearance and functionality

Dentures provide a cost-effective, tailored solution to an incomplete smile, whether you are missing just a few teeth or have lost them all.

Our dentures are produced by skilled dental technicians and designed to fit you perfectly. They can either be partial or full, and are made from a variety of materials including acrylic, and a combination of acrylic and metal. Some partial dentures have a base made from an innovative, flexible material which blends in with your gums and simply snaps into place.

Modern dentures are carefully engineered from quality materials. They look natural and feel comfortable.

Moreover, if a denture you already have is moving or causing discomfort, your dentist can help find solutions to improve the fit.

How they help

  • enhances your smile and boost your self-esteem
  • supports the shape of your face
  • makes eating easier, and speaking clearer

Looking after your mouth and your dentures

While your mouth adapts to wearing dentures, you should start by eating soft foods and practice speaking out loud to overcome any initial speech problems. You may also notice an increase in saliva, but this should subside as your mouth gets used to your new teeth.

Brush your dentures with a toothbrush or a special denture brush and remember to clean your gums and any remaining teeth. Dentures should be taken out before you go to bed, but they must be stored in water or denture fluid, as they can lose their shape if allowed to dry out.

Even if you have lost all your natural teeth, you still need to attend regular appointments with your dentist and hygienist so they can check your oral health.
