Paying for your treatment
Please note: to secure an appointment, we must ask for a deposit of 50-100% at the time of booking.
We offer several ways to pay for your treatments
To find information about paying for your treatment that is specific to your location, please find your nearest SpaDental practice in the list below.
Private Costs – ‘Pay as you Go’
“Pay as you go” is a straightforward payment option for all private treatment. Patients pay for their dental care or procedure as needed. Because treatments and fees may vary by location, click on the ‘Please select a practice’ link above to find specific information, including indicative prices, from your local practice.
Some of our dentists are able to help you apply for finance to cover a treatment plan costing more than £500. Read more about how to apply for a zero or low interest loan.
Dental ‘Plans’
An increasing number of patients recognise the advantages of becoming a ‘plan’ patient. As modern dentistry focuses on preventive care, joining a dental plan helps because the cost of regular dental reviews and hygiene appointments can be spread across the year. Moreover, patients who take out a plan find they are more disciplined about attending appointments during the year. Regular attendance is important for preventive care because your dentist can identify concerns before they become significant. A SpaDental plan can help patients avoid the need for more expensive treatments. Our practices offer a range of plans so please get in touch with your nearest practice to discover which would suit your needs.

NHS* dental charges
NHS Dental charges (if applicable) are based on three treatment bands that dictate the fee to be charged to the patient unless the patient can claim a qualifying exemption.
*Please note that not all SpaDental practices have a contract to provide NHS funded services. Some of our practices are private-only practices. Practices with an NHS contingent have waiting lists and prioritise children’s oral health in line with government initiatives.
