Everyone great apart from a receptionist who ignored us whilst we stood there until her colleague who had been on the phone had to book us in.

I am currently having Invisalign treatment, thanks to advice from my dentist . The staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the start , I am halfway through my course of treatment and the difference is amazing already. I have smiled more in the last few months than I have in years , I am just so much more confident to show my teeth now . My children also attend Spa dental and have received fabulous treatment from the dentists they have seen , they are always and have always been put at ease by the staff here .

I have never been to better dental practice. The staff are caring and helpful and the treatment done by the dentist is excellent. I feel lucky to be registered with them.

As a reluctant patient, I have only experienced positive treatment from the team at Mutley Plain. Very happy.

My last NHS dentist was awful. Every tooth he filled, he cracked, he was rough, he talked about his own personal issues with the nurses while he was performing treatments, as if u were not even there. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable & had a real bee in his bonnet about u turning up 5 mins late for appointments even if the reasons were legitimate. Spa dental was recommended by a very dear friend & by the time l saw Stephen l was a nervous wreck. I had to have 9 teeth out in one go coz they were in such a state & would physically start shaking at the sound of the drill starting up. Stephen was & still is extremely professional, friendly & puts me at ease. He has got me over my phobia of visiting the dentist completely, l actually look forward to seeing him & catching up now! Could not recommend him enough. The rest of the staff are really nice & friendly too although there does seem to be a high turn over of reception staff & nurses??

Staff are always polite, professional and courteous. From the time I enter the surgery, till the time I leave I am always met with friendliness. They are all kind and caring people at Spa Dental.

I always find that from the reception staff to the dentist they are always friendly and helpful my dentist explained what he was doing and informed me of further treatment that may be needed to make sure I was at ease with what he was doing

I cannot recommend this dental practise enough. The care and attention I received was amazing. I was seen and treated so quickly and if it was not for them I would not have had the pain free Christmas that I had. Brilliant…5 out of 5 stars given.

Never had a problem with this practice

After having been on the NHS waiting list for almost four years, I was finally offered a dental surgery, namely Spadental in Plymouth. From the moment that I rang up to register with Spadental, no question was stupid and nothing was too little to ask. When I went in for my first appointment, the whole team was welcoming and made sure I knew exactly who I was seeing and what the plan was. Lucy took the time to go over my history with me before beginning the check up and explained each step she was taking in detail. After the check up and x-rays were complete, she explained her findings and involved me in the treatment plan, ensuring that I was fully satisfied before proceeding. The reception team took their time to look through their calendar and find a date and time that suited me perfectly, and then sent me a reminder at the start of the week and on the day to ensure i could not forget about the appointment. Best Dental surgery I have been to! Thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a new surgery!

Always treated well by Zoe and Stephen and I have been a patient here a long time. Never had to wait too long if an emergency has arisen and had a crown fitted last year for the first time, which is perfect. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Having recently had a heart attack all the practice staff were attentive and concerned that all went well with the extraction. Due to their attention to detail all went without a hitch.
