SpaDental Membership Terms and Conditions
We are delighted you are interested in joining SpaDental. Please find below important membership terms and conditions for your consideration. If you have unanswered questions, please get in touch to ask. We have great confidence in the benefits of our membership and want you to feel the same.
Terms and Conditions – highlights to note for membership:
- Patients already registered at the practice can become members straight away.
- Patients new to SpaDental will need to attend a new patient appointment prior to becoming a member so a clinician can determine your clinical needs. It is an additional cost.
- Patients who have not attended a SpaDental appointment in two years (lapsed patients) are considered to be new patients.
- When you first register, the collection agency adds an initial registration charge of £10.00 to the first payment.
- Once you have paid three Membership instalments you can begin attending your agreed number of examinations and hygiene appointments.
- A prescribed course of treatment should be completed within a 6-month period.
- Membership includes a Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.
- Additional Ts &Cs will be explained as you sign up.
Important note for new and lapsed SpaDental patients
* Every new or lapsed patient must attend a New Patient Appointment before becoming a Member. There is one standard fee as it is an essential requirement for joining the practice as either a Member or a Guest.
** If you sign up for Membership without having attended a SpaDental appointment in the last two years, you will have to pay the fee for a New Patient Appointment before you can access the regular examinations and hygiene included in your Membership package.
