The payment options open to patients are:
- SpaDental Membership: Pay monthly instalments to spread the cost of regular appointments over the year. Benefit from a 20% discount (from January 2025) on all treatments including cosmetic treatments, and priority access to appointments.
- Guests: The whole range of treatments offered by our clinicians is available as you pay for appointments and treatments as you choose to have them. Appointments are subject to the availability of our clinicians.
- NHS patients: Our contingent is small and places are in high demand. Children have priority access to see a dental therapist.
If you need further treatment after a routine examination, your clinician will provide you with a written estimate. Furthermore, if during your course of treatment your plan needs to change, then your clinician will discuss and confirm the fee changes with you.

NHS Patients
To support government initiatives to improve the oral health of children in England, SpaDental Chard registers babies, children and teenagers as new NHS patients when there are new openings.
