Emergency appointment
I understand that [my dentist] unfortunately had to take time off . But I had toothache from Thursday and was offered an appointment in the following Wednesday.thats not acceptable .
I had to call at 8-30 every day to get a cancellation appointment. Unable to and left over the weekend in pain .
[my dentist] is a fantastic dentist . I have no issue with [my dentist] – just the system .
There is no option for treatment over the weekend .
Or indeed daily emergency appointments

I have been with this Dental Practice for several years. On my first visit I was very tense and apprehensive, but the Dentist and the Hygenist were most helpful and caring so that I was able to come away thinking that this is the one for me. I have been with them ever since. Great treatment.
