Patient reviews of the Chard practice

I have been a patient of Mr.Gilmore for many years and have always appreciated his advice and treatment. He is very good at putting people at their ease.

I also see Nikki the hygienist who I find very professional and pleasant. I have always been more than satisfied with her work. A very slight niggle is that I am often kept waiting.

I have always attended the dentist on a regular basis since a small child, but also since then, until now, have been a very nervous patient. I think, partly due to the fact early dental treatment was quite scary. However, I have never felt less worried and anxious about attending the dentist than I do now. Yes, I still am nervous, but have always found all of the staff here so patient, relaxed, and good at their jobs, that fear soon subsides. I also know that there is an holistic approach, which for someone like me is so helpful. I also feel more relaxed because I never feel rushed, and there is a general atmosphere of calm. I feel my oral hygiene has never been so good, and I’ve had some excellent repair work on my ageing teeth. I just wish I had started coming to this practice when I first moved to Chard.

40 years of treatment – need I say more?

I brought my daughter Grace in for her first ever check up at the dentist. The staff were all very welcoming and Juliet made us feel at ease in the surgery, would highly recommend this Practice.

Always had good treatment from the surgery and all who work there. I have been with the practice for approximately 40 years which indicates I am vey happy with they service I receive
