I have always dreaded dental treatment of any kind but all the staff are sensitive to my concerns and do their utmost to allay my fears.

I have been with this surgery for many years, and as yet have never found cause to complain.

I don’t think many people enjoy a visit to the dentist (nothing personal), but all the staff at [SpaDental] do their best to put you at your ease. Everything is explained to you, and you are not given unnecessary appointments.

Would recommend spa dental chard as mr Gilmore takes time to listen and explain what treatment is needed or not found. Hygienist very understanding. The receptionist are very polite and helpful

Nobody likes going to the dentist but you have to so at least use a practice that cares.

From making an appointment to receiving the treatment, everyone keeps you informed and up to date with what’s going on and why, you are made to feel part of the process and decision making, not just a number or part of a target figure.

As a customer for a long time I have always found them friendly, efficient and professional and the treatment first class

Attended for a second opinion and got much clearer advice than previous surgery.

I later needed a rapid appointment and was seen same day.

Always treated with care and respect even when my concerns regarding some tooth pain were unfounded.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 35 years. Toby Gilmore has been my dentist for many years now and I have always been very happy with the treatment I have received from him and the staff. On my last visit Toby repaired a crown which had become wobbly! He did an excellent job and I can now eat properly again without the fear of it falling out! I would certainly recommend this caring and efficient practice to others.

If Dentists were like this 30 or 40 years ago I would have a full set of teeth today.

This dental practice gives first class service

I presented with a lost filling and tooth-ache after being given an emergency appt earlier in the day.After an Xray it was decided to remove the tooth due to infection and damage.

This was my decision based on information given.

Yes as always my dentist put me at ease and made me feel very confident in him

I have been a patient of Mr.Gilmore for many years and have always appreciated his advice and treatment. He is very good at putting people at their ease.

I also see Nikki the hygienist who I find very professional and pleasant. I have always been more than satisfied with her work. A very slight niggle is that I am often kept waiting.

I have always attended the dentist on a regular basis since a small child, but also since then, until now, have been a very nervous patient. I think, partly due to the fact early dental treatment was quite scary. However, I have never felt less worried and anxious about attending the dentist than I do now. Yes, I still am nervous, but have always found all of the staff here so patient, relaxed, and good at their jobs, that fear soon subsides. I also know that there is an holistic approach, which for someone like me is so helpful. I also feel more relaxed because I never feel rushed, and there is a general atmosphere of calm. I feel my oral hygiene has never been so good, and I’ve had some excellent repair work on my ageing teeth. I just wish I had started coming to this practice when I first moved to Chard.

40 years of treatment – need I say more?

I brought my daughter Grace in for her first ever check up at the dentist. The staff were all very welcoming and Juliet made us feel at ease in the surgery, would highly recommend this Practice.
