The initial response time was exceptionally prompt and it was clear every effort was made to fit in the full repair as soon as possible afterwards. The whole approach was really good, as near pleasant as going to the dentist can ever be.

Excellent, friendly & honest staff.
I used to have a real fear of the dentists until I started going to Spa Dental. Not only were they kind & patient with me, they are also brilliant with my children.
They haven’t given treatment I haven’t needed and have advised me of all treatment options available.

This is by far the best dental practice I have attended, and I am 67 years old.

Unfortunately the practice was running late. So unable to fulfill appointment.
Could practice inform clients when running late so alternative arrangements can be made.

The service is good but each time I have been there has always been a wait, even if I book the first appointment at 8.05am!

cancelled hygenist appointments
The last three hygienist appointments I have had needed to be rearranged because the hygienist has been ill, or so I’ve been told. I try to arrange these appointments around my work commitments so it is very frustrating to keep having to rearrange them which is why I have asked not to be seen by this particular person anymore. Other than that I find the service very good.
