Treatment excellent when it was experienced
I unfortunately broke a tooth on a Bank Holiday. I phoned the practice on the Tuesday and was unable to access treatment until the Friday (busyness on both sides). My tooth is much more comfortable, although my face was numb for a number of hours more than I was expecting making it difficult to eat or drink for 6 hours. Staff very pleasant. Unsure how relevant the question is about being “involved in your treatment”, after all, the majority of patients know very little about teeth, my knowledge extends as far as info picked up during GCSE human biology. Also, the outcome of my treatment has not yet arrived!
maybe a bit pricey but good service
very pleased with my care. Dentist does not do unnecessary x-rays or check ups to make money, in fact reduced the frequency of my visits based on my own dental care.

I Don’t like going to the Dentist, But SpaDental Is very friendly and the Dentist is very reassuring and always ask’s if your ok while he is Checking your teeth and any treatment you need,
Excellent dental surgery
Spa Dental is a warm and welcoming dental surgery. They ask how things are and explain clearly what they are going to do. I am deaf and they always make sure they are facing me so I can lip-read them. Well done guys.

Hannah was excellent at explaining the procedure for teeth whitening and spoke to me at length on the telephone prior to the treatment beginning. It was due to my conversation with her specifically that I chose to go ahead.

All staff are very professional, always very polite and give a warm welcome.
When SPAdental was started, it was always Mr this and Mr that, I would much be prepared to be called Mark, which I am pleased to say is now happening. Can a prompt be placed to ask how best the customer (patient) is addressed some may prefer Sir or Madam but for myself ‘Mark’ will do nicely.
