August visit, check up and treatment.
As i work and live overseas in Dubai and visit the Uk only 2 time a year for a short period, it is essential that the Reception staff understand my limited availability.
To date the practice has always delivered with appointment’s and treatments as and when required.
Stephen Fletcher offers a first class professional service supported by the hygienist and her assistant.

Made to feel like a person not a number
I had an appointment for a filling, which proved more difficult than expected. At all times I was kept fully informed as to what was happening and I was treated with genuine respect and empathy
Excellent treatment! Absolutely delighted!
Dr Jindal replaced two veneers for me, providing throughout brilliant treatment. He advised me of the options for the veneer’s and I opted for the better quality one’s. The whole process was methodical and precise, keeping me informed step by step during the whole procedure. Great attention to detail was given to myself and the implants and I was and am absolutely delighted with the result and outcome. I only wish I had undertaken this treatment at an earlier time, by Vipul Jindal. I would not hesitate to recommend this dentist to my friends and family or indeed anyone. Having had veneer’s ‘implanted’ before by three other dentists, I can honestly say there is no comparison with the result of these I have now, the complete experience with Dr Jindal and the staff from Spa Dental- Whitchurch…Thank you sincerely!
Family friendly dental practice
Welcoming practice staff on reception, highly efficient and knowledgeable hygienist and very empathetic dentist. Great practice if nervous of the dental experience.
An excellent Practice
This visit was for a check-up, clean and polish only on this occasion. The dentist and hygienist who attended to me were very good at keeping me informed as to the current state of my dental health. Happily, nothing untoward this time round. What I will add to this simple review is, all staff at SpaDental are very good at producing a quiet calm atmosphere which is appreciated by the patients. Well done to you all.
Poor administration and reception team
We have attended SpaDental for 13 years and have always been very impressed and comfortable with the dental care provided by the same dentist.
Recently, we have been very disappointed with the service from the reception team. This needs significant improvement as it is currently letting the practice down. If it wasn’t for the fact we have always received high quality care from our dentist, I would not hesitate in moving my family to another practice.
A few months ago, I had numerous texts requesting I make an appointment for one daughter that was already booked. A week later, I received letters requesting I phone reception and change the appointments for both daughters. When I tried this I repeatedly got no answer. I tried at different times of day, over a number of days and heard three different answering machine messages. I left at least two messages and was surprised that no one called me back. When I did get through to a receptionist, I felt she rushed me and she sounded irritated. When we attended for our appointments, we had to wait some minutes at the reception desk for someone to spot us and come out of the visible lunch/meeting room. It was not a surprise that we did not receive an apology for our wait.

Services at corsair house has certainly improved and I do find that the dentist is much more professional than when I fisrt joined 8 years ago. I have been offered many more treatment options as well.
My one criticism is that the appointments never run to time and no one ever apologises for the delay . It is disappointing as otherwise there has been massive improvents in the services and it’s presentation

From a reluctant patient!
Going to the dentist has always been something I would prefer to forget, but at Springfield the experience is always as pleasant as possible. The dentist is informative and calming so that the “ ordeal” is managed as efficiently as possible.
The reception staff are welcoming and polite and appointments are on time.

There really isn’t much to say. I come to SPA regularly for pre-booked appointments, I am greeted pleasantly, I have the checkup and discuss the condition of my teeth, make the next appointment, pay and leave. I am glad that the staff take the time to advise me on denta;l care.
