Pleased with the professionalism of staff

I found the staff warm and helpful, although I was a bit uncertain about the outcome of treatment, and felt that the results could have been explained more clearly afterwards. I am still left with a question having seen my teeth in the mirror outside after treatment. I was given good aftercare advice.

The dental care was fine and the hygienist was vastly improved. Not convinced that either will hang around for long based on recent experience hence my recommendation score.

My X-ray could not transfer to the main screen in the treatment room which delayed my treatment & I have some concern that the x-ray could not be properly viewed. It also resulted in an extraction that should have happen being delayed.

I’m amazed that your IT could not perform a simple process which then prevented your dental surgeon carrying out his work efficently.

Regretfully as a pensioner your initial appointment fee was almost half my entire weekly money. Simply cannot afford any treatment. Aparently no concessions the dentist was aware of. Simply cannot refer. Not dentist’s fault.

I’m very happy with my dentist at Spa dental. [Name] is very good and I’m always very impressed with her work. She is just as caring as she is a great dentist as is the dental technician that works with her. They make you feel in safe hands and relaxed.

Before SpaDental. I was genuinely pretty nervous about the dentist. I hadn’t been to see a dentist in some time. Therefore, I needed quite a bit of work done. Included in this work was my most feared of all treatments. Extraction! Understanding this, [my dentist] has been brilliant and calmed my nerves around all treatments. But most of all, extraction. I’m now more than happy to attend appointments are receive any treatments 🙂

Highly recommend!

Obviously details regarding covid virus are necessary before each appointment but I don’r see why medical details need to be repeated before each appointment with the dentist as the details on that do not change.

A very caring dentist for people who are anxious about dentists

This was my second visit to the new hygienist, Elizabeth. She did the some checks and carried out scale and polish treatment, pointing out with the mirror an area of concern and giving me demo of flossing that difficult area.

I don’t know regarding the treatment because as yet i have only had an examination. However i will say the staff here went far beyond what one might expect in this situation – they spent a lot of time and energy to get the right place for me – I was very impressed with the whole experience – thank you all.

Phoned for an urgent appointment as I was experiencing toothache, The receptionist was lovely and I got to see a dentist within a couple of days. Lucy the dentist was lovely, very gentle and explained everything that was happening. Would highly recommend.

Being a very nervous patient because of bad experience with dentists in the past, I found [my dentist] very nice and caring in the way [s/he] handled my problem giving me time to relax between probing around my mouth

I had a scale and polish hygiene appointment with the new hygienist, who was thorough and explained what she was doing during the treatment.

This was my first exam with [my dentist] and she was patient and kind, plus she put my mind at rest about a particular tooth. She explained what symptoms to look out for in the future if I was to have a problem with that tooth which was really great.
