It was by happy chance me and my chap managed to get on their list. Best dentist I have ever been to. So nice and courteous and gentle and considerate.

I’ve been with the practice for over a year as an NHS patient along with my children. I’ve used other private practices and they cannot compare to Spa Dental. I think the respect they show stands out. The receptionists are quite reliable and friendly. Also the dentist and assistants are patient. I’m extremely blessed to belong to this dental practice.

Had a broken back tooth my tongue was being ripped by the jagged edge of tooth so painful but I popped in and explained and was seen that afternoon quick filling in till iam seen in Jan, The receptionist was lovely and had a lovely disposition thankyou all for the work you do x

Helpful and friendly reception staff. Excellent treatment from Stephen Fletcher who as always kept me fully informed of stages of treatment ( new crown). Would highly recommend.

The broken back tooth was repaired quickly efficiently and hopefully will last quite a while. As usual was more than satisfied by the service provided by all the staff.

Appointment was for fitting of a permanent bridge. The dentist as always was 1st class with her work, information and understanding.

All staff were friendly and helpful. My dentist showed both professionalism and expertise.

Although its not cheap I never feel pressured to have xrays, appointments or treatments too frequently and therefore do not mind having to pay privately.

I cannot say a bad word about this dental surgery.[My dentist] is great. My check up went ok and he went over thoroughly the things that need keeping an eye on. Gave me advice. Said I needed an hygienist apt. The reception staff were able to get the hygienist to fit me in there and then which was amazing as I’m a nervous patient. The lady hygienist was amazing, gave me advice on what I need doing to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I’d definitely want to see her again feel awful I forgot her name. Overall I cannot say a bad thing about this practice. I’d recommend to anyone.

I used to hate going to the dentist. My previous surgery was big and had a high turnover of staff so I never felt that I was anything other than a number. I rarely saw the same dentist twice. Since joining Spa Dental 3 years ago, I no longer mind going to the dentist. The dentists, hygienists and receptionists are all great and make you feel like you are more than just another face.

I was attending twice yearly check ups but at the suggestion of the dentist these are now just annually as I rarely need to have anything done. This only serves to prove that they are thinking of me. I do still attend twice a year for the hygienist and am always delighted to see such friendly faces.

I’ve been a few times now, both for organised and a same day emergency appointments, and the staff have been extremely friendly and professional each time. The price is also very reasonable. I have already recommended them to both friends and family.
