I suggested on my last review that there was an opportunity to increase customer satisfaction if appointment reminders were sent out electronically a few days prior to the appointment date. This would help people plan and reduce the incidence of missed appointments. This has been adopted and so I received an timely email to prompt my attendance. Well done for not just seeking feedback but acting upon that received.

I feel comfortable,well looked after and have confidence in the treatment and advice given. I have never felt I have been advised treatment that was not necessary. An outstanding surgery.
