Kind and patient
Was my child’s appointment. Dentist was friendly and kind. Encouraged child to take better care of themselves, without being stern or judgemental.
Everything was explained, before they started, including how to signal the need to stop. They took frequent breaks to check how well they were coping and listened before continuing.
Everything was done with care. Completely professional and competent and great team work with the hygienist.
