Patient reviews of the Tewkesbury practice

The service was great the receptionist was happy and helpful. The hygienist was great and supportive throughout the treatment the only issue was after the treatment I had to rinse without any tissues. You used to have tissues strap to the rinse sink but not anymore. I am a sales manager for a hotel, and conduct appointments which would not be great with a shirt covered in spit. Imagine not getting a napkin with food that’s the same level of service Please give your customers a tissue…

Good Service as usual

Always have recommended your practice to others, who I know are now patients with you also. My family have always had the best treatment with [my dentist] and look forward to her return.

Staff are welcoming and courteous especially as I am a nervous patient. However appointments are frequently cancelled and treatment is extremely expensive.

Despite changes in staff, the treatment appears to continue at a high level with friendly service.

Nothing to complain of about my recent visit.

This is the third time in a row I have booked a late Thursday appointment 6 months in advance only for it to be cancelled a few days before the appointment. Very disappointing and required two visits as was to be a double appointment with the dentist also.

Been a customer for many years and have always received excellent treatment.
