Was given a full explanation
Although feeling very nervous the dentist immediately made me feel at ease. Gave me a full explanation and discussed my risk of taking my medication and therefore a reason for a future appointment. I felt the dentist was not rushing to give me my treatment. I was so pleased as I was given a good amount of medication injected into gum. In other words was impressed with my treatment.
