Patient reviews of the Wotton under Edge practice

I have been a patient at this practice for 30 years. It has gone through some changes as staff move on, but l have no complaints. A friendly welcome, excellent treatment, great bantering about the cost..trying to get a pensioners discount..all to no avail.

After brutal experiences of dentists in the 1960’s l was a nervous patient…not now..have even been known to doze off at times during treatment.

Cannot recommended Tim and staff enough, they are all brilliant.

After suffering toothache over the weekend, I phoned the practice on Monday and was seen on Tuesday am. The errant tooth was successfully extracted. No problems encountered.

In the past I was terrified of going to the Dentist. My family were all registered with the Wotton Practice and I took the plunge and registered when I had a broken tooth some years ago. Tim and the team are always very reassuring, professional and friendly and although I can’t pretend it’s always an enjoyable visit (there’s no pleasure in tooth extraction!), I’m always so well looked after. I now have regular appointments every six months and a couple of times I’ve needed an emergency prescription (that always seem to fall on Bank Holidays), the surgery is always easy to get hold of and to resolve things quickly. Fantastic service from everyone and would highly recommend.
