The amount you pay every month to cover your examinations and hygiene is worked out according to members’ rates, so a 20% discount is taken into consideration when your Membership fee is set.

The additional benefits of joining a plan are:

• Payments are spread over 12 months so it’s easier to budget for the routine dental care you need to support good health.
• Any additional treatments, including cosmetic dental treatments, are 20% lower than for non-members.
• Members have priority access to appointment bookings.

We highly recommend you sign up for SpaDental Membership. If you do not and you need dental treatment, it will be more expensive and, in our busiest practices, access cannot be guaranteed.

Your SpaDental Membership fee covers the cost of:

• dental examinations
• hygiene appointments

The number of appointments depends on your clinical needs which determines the fee level you are registered on. The fewer appointments you require during the year, the lower the monthly fee.

While we recommend you attend the number of appointments you clinician recommends, SpaDental offers an excellent value Entry Level Membership to cover one dental examination and one hygiene appointment a year.

When you become a Member you must commit to paying for the first twelve months. After that, just one month’s notice is required to cancel.

Yes, you can!
You will need to attend a New Patient Appointment first, so a clinician can determine the level of Membership that suits your needs. After your appointment you will be given a link to sign up and access all the benefits our Members do.

Yes, there is a significant 20% reduction on Guest Fees for all treatments, even cosmetic treatments. In the past, patient plan discounts were only applied to necessary treatments.

We recommend you become a Member so you see a dentist while you’re on the NHS waiting list because it can take two years, and may be even longer.

We know some people like to see the same clinician so we do our best to respect your choices, but we’re sure you understand it’s not always possible.

In our practices which have an NHS contingent we accept children as NHS patients.

In our private-only practices we have special rates for children to become Members too. The fee covers examination appointments and x-rays, if required, but does not include hygiene. Children younger than 5 years may attend without
charge with a family Member but will not have access to the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.

We highly recommend children have their first appointment before their first birthday! It’s good to help them get used to the clinical environment. Moreover, regular attendance encourages children to take responsibility and keep their healthy teeth for life.
