I am a little nervous when receiving treatment however, I was made to feel completely at ease from the moment I entered the room. Lots of reassurance was given followed by a very gentle procedure with no pain.

Disappointing appointment due to not being made aware of cost
I think the dentist should make sure you are aware of the cost. I went for a check up expecting to pay £77. The dentist said he thought I had a hole in my tooth and had to take trays. Turned out no hole in my tooth but when I went to pay it was £156.00 twice as much as what I expected. I did pick up a leaflet just before seeing the dentist but didn’t have time to read on cost. I woukd much prefer to see an NHS dentist but as we all know you can no longer find one.
Prompt and efficient
Very prompt appointment. Reception staff helpful and professional. No worries about procedure but hygienist and her assistant did not introduce themselves which was a bit off putting.
Efficient and personable but brief.
It was all very pleasant and efficient. My only concern was my check-up only lasted about 5 minutes and consisted of a quick look round my mouth and a few taps followed by a discussion. The actual examination didn’t seem at all thorough for the price.
