Very prompt appointment. Reception staff helpful and professional. No worries about procedure but hygienist and her assistant did not introduce themselves which was a bit off putting.

It was all very pleasant and efficient. My only concern was my check-up only lasted about 5 minutes and consisted of a quick look round my mouth and a few taps followed by a discussion. The actual examination didn’t seem at all thorough for the price.

The work carried out by the Dentist for my treatment plan was good but after a number of cancellations by the hygienist the eventual treatment was very poor.

Little or no explanation regarding the procedure, hygiene was poorly observed. Fifteen minutes for a scale and polish does not, in my experience, constitute a complete hygienist appointment. At £120 for this it equates to almost £500 per hour, an unjustifiable amount. Poorly executed procedure that left me with very sore lower inside lip, surely that’s not normal ?

Definitely will not use this service again.

Disappointed crown did not fit, numbness lasted a long time, took a long time to able to eat due to pain excepted putting metal work and blue sheet in my mouth
