Superb Dental Practice
I recently moved to the area and booked in for a check up . [My dentist] and the team are very professional and friendly and I only waited a few minutes before being seen.
The check up was thorough and I was given a detailed explanation of work that needed to be done. The cost of the proposed treatment was fair and I was provided with a comprehensive treatment plan.
I will be contacting the practice to arrange check up appointments for the rest of the family.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.

Decrease in service
Appointments in Ledbury have become few and I wonder if we are poor relations in the organisation. On my last visit, I was embarrassed that I found it very difficult to understand and therefore communicate with the hygienist although he was clearly very professional.
New crown fitting
When told by the dentist to bite down hard the new crown shattered.
The temporary crown was replaced and this also broke a few hours later.
Am managing without one in the meantime.
