It was extremely difficult contacting you. Phone never answered. Chat no one there
Appointment system somewhat chaotic. An email cancelled my current appointment but when I called the given number to query it was told that the current appointment was still valid and it was the next but one appointment that would have to be changed.
Check-ups seem to be very brief and less than thorough.
I was disappointed with my appointment this week. While I cannot complain of the treatment I received, gone was the warm and friendly welcome I have had in Ross for many years. I felt I was being barked at rather than talked to, that I was an item on the list, a necessary source of income.
I hope for better next time.
