Our Ross on Wye Patients Comments
Although I have answered “satisfied” to most of the questions, I find this review to be 6 months too late. My appointment was on the 18th November 2020, so is not a recent appointment. Since my dental appointment I have had to ring to make a hygienist appointment. I attend the Ross on Wye surgery, but when I rang I got through to Tewksbury and was told to ring again as they could not do anything from there. After trying numerous times to get through to Ross on Wye I was told that Tewksbury could access the Ross on Wye appointments. This does not give ma any confidence in the dental practice.
I have had a good experience of the Ross Spa Dental practice. Everyone has been welcoming and helpful.
This was the first occasion for inspection by the new dentist: just a routine review.
