I have not met the new staff, but I was more than happy with Marrick, Ingrid and Lynne, Lori and Heather. Always pleasant, up for a joke and a laugh, which makes it a pleasant experience. Always very accommodating when making appointments, particularly with emergency appointments. Happy with the treatment that I have received from Marrick and Lori.
I was a patient of the previous dentist Lincoln Lawley and stayed with the practice as he retired.
I have always found marrick and all the rpactice very helpful if an appointment needs changing, informative over the recommended treatment, prepared to ooutline and discuss all options and then to deliver high quality outcomes. On 2 occasions minor post treatment problems were rectified with an apology and no charge. All in all a very good experience.
Dr Khalid, Heather and Lynne are true professionals. We haven’t met Laura yet.
