1 – A toothbrush goes without saying! When you’re packing it’s worth checking the bristles aren’t worn. If they are, we recommend you buy a new brush. Whether your brush is electric or manual, the head should be changed every three months.

7 – Fixative and cleaner for removable appliances. Your dentist usually recommends products when fitting the appliance. If you’re in doubt, then it’s best to ask your dentist for advice to keep your appliance in good condition.

6 – Temporary filling material can be a useful addition to a first-aid kit. You can purchase it from all good chemists, and it can help prevent sensitivity if a filling falls out until you can see your dentist.

It’s advisable to use the emergency contact details to check your provision before you embark on any expensive outlays.
