1 – Book a New Patient Appointment
Are you a new patient to SpaDental? Dentist Lucy Tupman is offering new patients the opportunity to enjoy a £20 discount when they book a New Patient Examination during February or March
Who benefits?
This is a terrific offer to new patients. During your appointment Lucy provides a gentle but thorough check of your teeth and mouth. She will also discuss your long term goals, options for further treatments, and a plan outlining a time frame and costs.

Please note: our practice has a policy to ask all patients for a deposit at the time of booking to secure an appointment and protect the clinicians’ time.
2 – Refer a friend or relation
Earn £20 credit as a current patient who has attended at least one appointment at SpaDental Ledbury when your recommendation leads to a New Patient Examination booked and attended by a friend or relation during February or March.
Who benefits?
As a current patient, you will receive £20 credit in your account that you can use for any future treatment.
If your Patient Reference Code is linked to one new patient booking you will receive £20 credit once the appointment is completed. But that’s not all! Refer two, and you get £40. Refer 5 and that’s £100! Provided they attend the appointment, of course.

Notes about terms and conditions:
- New Patient Appointments must be booked during the month of February or March, 2026, for the discount to apply.
- The new patient offer is only for examinations with dentist Lucy Tupman.
- To receive credit for a Friend or Relation Referral, the friend or relation must book and attend a New Patient Appointment during February or March.
- Credit will be applied to a current patient’s practice account when the friend or relation referred attends their New Patient Appointment. Credit cannot be redeemed as cash, used to pay Membership fees, or transferred to someone else.
- Credit cannot be given for a referral if the patient does not or cannot attend an appointment. Appointments are subject to availability.
- Credit given to current patients referring a friend or relation must be used before March 31st 2027.
- The offer is only available to patients over 18 years of age.
