Like all health care providers, we are constantly assessing and reviewing our work, as part of our development strategy. Over this last year, we’ve had to make many adaptations to the way we work to create a safe environment for both patients and staff.
We know that some necessary protocols have been hard for patients, such as having to wait outside in the cold. We’re also aware that over the year there have been appointment cancellations, and rescheduling has not always been easy for our patients.
