An exciting opportunity to join SpaDental as a Practice Manager

Our practices are grouped in clusters to facilitate collaborative working in a supportive environment. On-site Practice Managers benefit from the support of an experienced remote-working management team.

• The successful applicant will manage SpaDental practices in Tewkesbury, Ledbury and Ross-on-Wye

Our ideal candidate will have:

• experience as a dental nurse, preferably as a lead nurse
• professional skills to keep the practice safe and efficient
• great communication so patients love the practice
• leadership skills to motivate the team
• drive so the practices develop and thrive

Duties include, but are not limited to, effective implementation of:

• Policies and procedures
• Decontamination and infection control
• Key performance indicators
• Staff performance appraisals
• Stock ordering and general administration

Knowledge of the following:

• HTM01-05
• R4/SoE Software
• CQC and compliance

All applicants must have, or be willing to obtain:

• GDC registration as a health care professional
• Proof of up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccination
• A valid DBS check
• Appropriate professional indemnity insurance
